The Muskeg Collective

A collective of songwriters from Southeast Alaska, teaming up to present original music in a new, dynamic way.

Muskeg Collective was formed to promote the work of independent Alaskan musicians and export it to the world. Muskeg Collective artists each fund and create their own recording projects, but assist each other with promotion, booking, and distribution. One goal of the project is to highlight and celebrate the incredible songwriting community developing in Southeast Alaska. That could mean hosting showcases at home or traveling as a collective to put on shows throughout the country (or world!). Muskeg Collective artists intend to be each other’s biggest fans as we all try to grow as individual artists and grow the local music scene.

Members are Annie Bartholomew, Josh Fortenbery, Erin Heist & Andrew Heist (aka The Heists), and Taylor Vidic.

The Nude & Rude Revue

Executive Producer & Performer. The Nude & Rude Revue is a performance art collective specializing in variety, vaudeville, burlesque, song, and dance. Our innovative ideas, classical training, and artful arrangements all show clearly that our joy is to share art. Nude & Rude began as a state of mind and life philosophy shared by the troupe while living in Skagway, Alaska. Members have since moved as far east as New Jersey and as far South as San Diego, California, but one a year they gather from far and wide for an annual multi-city and multi-country tour. “Allow us to tantalize, empower, celebrate, and surprise with an array of acts fueled by humor, tease, and an abundance of glamour. We invite all humans into our world to escape and play. Let the skeptics become believers; let the believers fall in love. Try it... you’ll like it!”

Solo+

With her voice and storytelling at the center, Taylor delivers soulful originals of almost love and renditions of the classics you never knew you loved. With a voice described as butter, she melds her classical training and hard-earned stage presense to provide unforgettable performances be she standing solo or alongside a symphony. Stay tuned for her debut upcoming album, funded in part by a Rasmuson Individual Artist Award.
